Map UDS events to trophies from dumped metadata; trophy viewer/overview improvements (#1088)

* Map UDS events to trophies via dumped metadata and redesign trophy UI

Correlate each UDS event to its stat ID (uds00.ucp) and trophy target (trophy00.ucp) instead of a hard-coded event, store trophy JSON with unlock date/time outside _SaveData, and add a PS5-style toast, viewer and overview.
