Hashim Khan a4b970d97d launcher: explain unsupported mods-style patch JSON (#248) ...

When a _Patches file has no patches array (often a shadPS4/ETAHen mods
list), show a clear status instead of "Loaded 0 patch(es)". Fixes #174.
