Comparison textures can carry valid HTILE descriptors before any depth-target binding. Keep encoding checks independent of cached image metadata, matching SDK texture classification and shadPS4 depth promotion. Preserve HTILE address and control validation, and replace cache-history test fixtures with captured first-use coverage.
