Romain Hedouin 4e14eed770 kernel: start the semaphore wait timer after the early returns (#1173) 
Wait() read the clock and looked up the thread id before checking for an available token. Both are only needed once the thread has to block.

Romain Hedouin 79a91ecfaf graphics: cache the macOS thread id in TrackingSpinLock (#1169) 
Every lock and unlock called pthread_mach_thread_np. Cache it per thread like the Linux branch does.
